My banana bread is the kind of loaf that makes you question why you ever settled for dry, crumbly pretenders. It’s soft, golden, and bursting with real banana flavor. And yes, it contains ABSOLUTELY NO NUTS. Not a walnut, pecan, or sneaky almond anywhere. If you can’t tell, I’m a D1 nut hater. Honestly, banana bread doesn’t deserve nuts in the first place. They just get in the way of the smooth, tender, melt-in-your-mouth goodness that lets the bananas shine as the true star.
My Chocolate Chip Cookies are thick and golden. They’ve got perfectly crunchy edged that crackle slightly when you bite in, wrapped around a soft, fully cooked center that melts just enough to make you close your eyes for a second. And yes, like all good things in life, they contain ABSOLUTELY NO NUTS.
